INOX celebrates 10th anniversary

PANJIM: INOX Leisure Limited today completes a decade of entertaining guests. It was on May 11, 2002 that INOX launched its first state-of-art multiplex at Bund Garden Road, Pune. During this decade, INOX witnessed two acquisitions - In 2006, INOX acquired CCPL, popularly known as 89 Cinemas in West Bengal. And in 2011, INOX completed its acquisition of Fame India making it a subsidiary. With these two acquisitions, INOX along with Fame is the largest multiplex chain in India – with 68 multiplexes, 257 screens spread across 34 cities, said a press statement issued by the company.
