GUJ annual meet PANJIM: The annual general body meeting of the Goa Union of Journalists (GUJ) is convened on April 26, at its office in Patto, Panjim at 8 am. The elections for the GUJ President and 10 other members of the GUJ Executive Committee for the year 2008-09 will be held during the meeting. Voting will be held between 8 am to 12 pm and actual working of AGM will start at 10 am. The Agenda for the meeting is to confirm the minutes of the previous annual General Body Meeting, to consider and adopt the report of the General Secretary for the year 2007-08 and to audit Statement of Accounts for the year 2007-08. The resolutions, questions and suggestions should reach General secretary Sudesh Arlekar by April 21 who can be contacted on 9822179125. The resolution will be discussed in the meeting. Members are requested to clear their dues and get their due receipt or else they will not be allowed to participate in the meeting.
