Free Public Workshops on Patanjali's Breathing Technique

Improper breathing can cause or aggravate diseases and health issues.
Thousands of years ago, Rishi Patanjali knew how to correct distorted chemistry of humans through short, simple, and yet powerful breathing exercises for Total Health. These exercises which require only 15 minutes every day have now been propagated by Sri Ram Yoga Mandir Trust, Gujarat’s International Chief, Rajenbhai Vakil, through the Rhythmic
Breathing Club, Goa, which will organise free Workshops on “Patanjali’s correct breathing technique and corrective breathing exercises for neutralising stress for all ages” in Jan 2012, at the following venues:
1 Jan 2012, 11.30 am to 01:30 pm 2nd Floor, Rotary Community Centre, (Entrance from opp. ICICI Bank ATM), Tilak Maidan Complex, Vasco 1 Jan 2012, 6.15 pm to 8.15 pm, Room no 2, 1st Floor, Vidyadhiraj Hall, Mahalaxmi Temple, Panjim, 6 Jan 2012, 6.00 pm to 6.45 pm, at Basement, Radhakrishna Temple, Near Mahalaxmi Temple, Panjim,
8 Jan 2012, 9.30 am to 10.30 am, First Floor, Grace Church Mini hall, Margao, 8 Jan 2012, 10.45 am to 11.45 am at Loyola School, Margao.
