MARGAO:  Farmers from Aquem-Baixo on Friday stopped a builder from discharging water accumulated in his construction pits into the adjoining fields.

The farmers assembled at the construction site after they realized that the builder has allegedly encroached into their cultivated fields to construct a drain.
