PANJIM: Sao Jose de Areal edged past Parish Youth, Nuvem 4-3 via the tie-breaker to enter the quarter-finals of 9th all-Goa inter-village Rosary Cup football tournament organized by Rosary Youth Club, Zorivaddo in memory of Anthony Rodrigues at Rosary ground, Zoriwaddo-Davorlim, Monday. There was no score at full time.

In the tie-breaker, Aggio Antao, Raymond Fernandes, Succoro Monterio and Mariano Rebello scored for Sao Jose de Areal while Nevis Noronha, Prestiey Colaco and Sydney Noronha netted for Parish Youth Nuvem.
