PANJIM: Top seed Maheshwaran P of Tamil Nadu and Rishubh Naik of Goa are in the joint lead with seven points each after the eighth round of GVM HSS PTA all-India open FIDE rating chess tournament organized by GVM HSS Parent Teachers Association and Past Students Association at Farmagudi, Ponda, Monday.
