PANJIM, NOV 25 The beleaguered Corporation of City of Panaji (CCP) heaved a sigh of relief as the High Court of Bombay at Goa on Tuesday dismissed a petition filed by the Old Goa Panchayat challenging the acquisition of 1.70 lakh square metres of land by the State government for the proposed garbage treatment plant at Bainguinim.
