HERALD: HERALD: What is your field of specialty?

COPPERCODES: We at CopperCodes specialise in customised, tailor-made softwares, mobile apps, digital marketing and web development. Our customised software is a culmination of customer requirement and high-end programming skills using latest programming languages. We develop responsive mobile apps in Android and iOS platform. Our web development and designing team consist of skilled and experienced engineers and designers. We also provide digital marketing services such as social media marketing, SEO, keyword optimisation, content writing etc.

As far as innovation in concerned, we have a very innovative web portal which will be launched very shortly called ‘CopperAvenues’ on www.copperavenues.com. It is as a ‘one stop’ real estate service portal, which offers a complete bouquet of real estate related services. Our aim is to transform the hectic process of owning a house, commercial premises to a hassle free ride and reduce the stress that comes with it. Any person owning a house, commercial premises can enlist and people who are interested in buying can search for properties on CopperAvenues. Meeting customers, showing them premises and following up with them will be taken care by CopperAvenues. Besides listing of properties for sale, lease and rendering assistance in locating customers, CopperAvenues will offer a host of other services like property management, licensing, documentation, consultation on GST/RERA etc.

Besides this, we have also developed a unique software called ‘Weber’ which  extracts online data and produces a detailed status report  about utility bills such water and electricity for business houses. 

HERALD: How does your company help Goans?

COPPERCODES:We being a tech oriented company, help business across the State to grow by providing them with custom made software’s, apps, thereby automating their business processes and further marketing their products using our digital marketing services. Also, CopperAvenues would be of great help to Goans as it will make the process of owning hassle free real estate properties. 

Coming to roping in local talent in our company, it is our strong belief that ample local talent is available in Goa and it is our mission to tap this local talent. As our business grows it will be our endeavour to employ more and more Goans in our business.

HERALD:  Who are your major customers?

COPPERCODES: Majority of our customers are Goa-based. To name the few Kamat Construction, ACES, Tito’s, Group Priority, Dukle Constructions, Black Palette Hair studio etc. In Mumbai we have Calculas systems and Saipooja Associates to name a few.

HERALD: How do you see the Goa market? 

COPPERCODES: We see a huge potential in Goa. As it is, technology has already started invading practically every aspect of business, trade and commerce. To add to that, Government of Goa has come with its IT policy and is all set to give an all round boost for IT sector. We see a bright future for IT based ventures with the promising plans which the IT minister, Rohan Khaunte has come out with under the able leadership of Chief Minister, Manohar Parrikar.

HERALD: Is there a demand for your product in Goa?

COPPERCODES: We see a huge demand. As stated above, IT is the need of the hour. We can develop software for every kind of business and for every activity in a given business. All that is needed is innovation which is our forte.

HERALD: Have you explored the possibility of making your talent available for government initiatives like Panaji Smart City Mission?

COPPERCODES: Indeed. We have a ready to use App – ‘Park Easy’. This app facilitates identification of car parking spaces in a given location on the users mobile phone and can provide host of vehicle related information, data to various government departments. We are already interacting with the concerned departments and are quite confident of getting roped in.

HERALD: Where do you see yourselves in the next five years?

COPPERCODES: We see our company heading a successful technology solution company which will have nationwide and worldwide presence built with the help of a highly motivated team of dedicated Goan talent. Today businessmen and their staff prefer easy to use software. Our focus therefore is development of user friendly and hassle free technological solutions. We make it a point to give at least one extra thing over and above what our clients require. We strongly believe that a robust after sale service is a must and that is a promise to our customers.
