The Defence Minister of India has credited the Goa Govt. policy of giving doles as the reason for no suicide deaths among the mining dependents in Goa.  

However, the Defence Minister has forgotten to mention the rise in petrol, diesel, electricity and water tariffs which has caused the increase in prices of food and other essential commodities. 

If the BJP Govt. can prevent suicide deaths in Goa why can’t they prevent suicide deaths in other states and all over the country?
