If I were to rank all the factors that go into creating a likable personality, I would place a friendly smile at the top of the list. A warm, authentic smile communicates feelings that words alone can’t possibly accomplish. A great smile radiates warmth, puts people at ease and makes a good first impression.

Whatever profession you are in, smile attracts customers to you. People will be more inclined to associate with you. If you are striving to be a leader, more people like you and trust you and follow you. Your smile not only influences how people feel about you but it is also a great way to express your love, appreciation and respect to those who are important to you.

If you will start smiling more, you will instantly begin to attract more people into your life. Your smile will make people feel welcome and appreciated. You will appear more confident, you will have a better attitude and your value will grow. Smiling will also improve your health by reducing stress, boosting your immune system, lowering your blood pressure and making you look younger.

You can convey a powerful message with a smile. And, you don't need to say a single word to get the message across. The smile can have a cumulative positive effect if you give of it generously and often.

Smile plays very active role in convalescing patients suffering from any illness. Research insists the importance of smile in Alzheimer's and Dementia care.

If we consciously recall how many times and how often we actively smile we are in for a shock. There are lot many individuals who smile very little. Non-smiling is understandable with age related and other health issues; but how come youngsters are forgetting this powerful communication tool again and again.

Children are the only solace for smile. Children smile for nothing and when they smile they radiate happiness in abundance.

Employment scenario in today's economy is challenging as businesses cut back on staff. However the good news is that if a young person is seeking to work, the most available positions lie within the retail and service industries. Employers love youthful workers that have energy, are motivated and smileful.

Customer service skills are vital in all jobs and careers. Without them an organisation runs the risk of losing customers to competition. Customer service is the practice of providing customers with a positive, helpful experience when they enter a business, throughout the time they stay at the business, and even after the customer leaves. In most work situations, the employee is most successful when they effectively interact with the customer by having a pleasant and engaging conversation with smile.
