India is a democratic country in which trade unions abound due to the discrimination of workmen or employees, who are not being paid their just dues, thus leading to management-workers' union unrest which can be prevented if every workmen or employee is compensated according to his or her productive contribution towards the advancement of their respective companies. The salary of an employee has to reflect his or her true contribution towards realisation of profitability, each according to his or her own efforts. Workmen and employees have to be treated as partners or shareholders of the company they are working for. It is beyond doubt that the workmen are the backbone of the company and their actual efforts are the reason why companies make profit.
