PANJIM: The Aam Aadmi Party in Goa has filed a complaint with Panjim Police against those involved in filling construction debris along Caranzalem beach and destruction of sand dunes which are protected under the Environment Protection Act.

AAP also demanded in the complaint that CCP Commissioner be made accused along with other agencies for looking the other way when the illegalities are happening in broad day light.

AAP General Secretary, Pradeep Padgaonkar who released copy of the complaint to the media said that a hotel and a showroom in the vicinity where large scale dumping of debris and garbage is seen, should be questioned to know who is involved in this illegality. He said that he suspected that the city commissioner was colluding with PDA and GCZMA.
