PANJIM: The State on Saturday recorded 22 new Covid-19 infected cases taking the total number of active cases to 85.
According to a bulletin issued by the Directorate of Health Services, 22 persons tested positive for Coronavirus from 344 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
Five patients recovered and 22 patients are in home isolation. With no new fatalities being reported, the total death toll in the State remained unchanged to 4,013 since pandemic broke out two years ago, the bulletin started.
