PANJIM: The State government on Wednesday transferred 14 Senior Scale officers and 38 junior scale of Goa Civil Service, with immediate effect, by two separate orders.
Polumatla P Abhishek, IAS who was managing director of Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) and holding additional charge of Director of Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, has also been given charge as Director of Transport in addition to his own duties.
Rajan Satardekar, who was the Director of Transport has been asked to report to Department of Personnel and draw salary against the post of Leave and Training Reserve until further orders.”Goa State Information Commission secretary Sudhir Kerkar has been given additional charge of special land acquisition officer of GSIDC.
The other officers transferred as Mahadev Araundekar as Director of Public-Private partnership (PPP); Shashank Thakur as Secretary of Goa Staff Selection Commission; Paresh Faldessai as Joint Secretary (Personnel); Vassudev Shetye as Project Director, DRDA (North) with additional charge of Director of Rural Development; Snehal Naik Goltekar as Additional Inspector General of Prisons; Bhushan Savoikar as Director of Higher Education; Gourish Kurtikar as Director (Administration) of Eater Resources Department; Shankar Gaonkar as Superintendent of Jails; Rajendra Mirajkar as managing director of Goa State ST Finance and Corporation Development; Manuel Barreto as Joint Secretary (Health); Arvind Bugde as Registrar of Co-operative Societies; Sandhya Kamat as Director of Handicrafts, Textiles and Coir and Vinesh Arlekar as managing director of Goa State Minorities Finance and Development Corporation.
Director of Official Language Raju Gawas has been asked to hold the charge of Commissioner of Labour and Employment in addition to his own duties while Director (Administration) of Directorate of Health Services Shripad Arlekar will hold the charge of Director (Administration) of Goa Medical College (GMC), Bambolim, in addition to his own duties.
Director of Civil Aviation Amarsen Rane, will hold the additional charge of SLAO of Mopa Airport. Director of Sports and Youth Affairs Arvind Khutkar has been asked to hold the charge of member secretary of Kala Academy in addition to his own duties and North Goa Zilla Panchayat (ZP) CEO Ajay Gaude will hold the charge of Secretary of Goa Rehabilitation Board, in addition to his own duties.
In another, the government has transferred and posted 38 junior scale officers of Goa Civil Service.
