MUMBAI, NOV 24
The world?s largest steelmaker, ArcelorMittal has indicated a warning sign to cut 2,444 jobs at a steel plant in northwestern Indiana in January. The company had informed the United Steelworker?s labor union and other interested parties about the possibility of an indefinite layoff at its Burns Harbor plant in the second half of January.
