PANJIM: Congratulating the Narendra Modi-led government on completing 100 days in power, Goa Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said that India will soon emerge as superpower under Modi’s leadership. 

Sawant said that within this period of 100 days, the Modi government has been defined by some “historical and landmark decisions”, including abrogation of special status given to Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370.

“I am very confident that under Modi, India will become a superpower soon,” Sawant said adding “Goa government and the people will always stand by Modi in taking the country forward.” 

“We see renewed vigour and energy in realising the goal of becoming a $5 trillion economy,” the chief minister said.
