Bent road-sign covers another sign showing direction

It must be said that a road sign serves no purpose if it is not in a proper position. 

At the Vasco bus-stand, a road-sign for pedestrian crossing blocks another road-sign showing directions to important destinations. As a result both the sign boards serve no purpose. 

It seems necessary to carry out a survey of road-signs in the port town and those in bad condition need to be replaced.
