The toilets at the Government Library at Chinchinim are indeed in a pathetic state.
How long will it take anyone and how many more reminders are needed to attract the attention of the panchayat and MLA for basic needs to be fulfilled. In the meantime, small children have to relieve themselves in the open in the gaze of public passers-by.
Are we immune or insensitive to urgent needs of cleanliness, lack of water and choked septic tanks?
