The Margao KTC stand and the area around it has literally gone to the dogs. Broken pavements, migrants sleeping around, stray dogs and water stagnating at various places has made the place a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes.
The government seems to have no concern about the upkeep of this public infrastructure supported by taxpayer's money.
The last time the Goa government swung into action to clean up the place was when Modi came visiting during the elections.
May be he should be invited once more. A disgrace !!
