Mapusa Municipal Council should wake up from their slumber and concentrate in what they are doing. Dust bins should be placed at various points in the market.

Gutters are closed with cement plates placed haphazardly. One can twist one’s own leg while walking. At the entrance from main road to market road two policemen are kept to control the traffic and both of them are day dreamers.
