The Electricity Department has been unnecessarily overcharging consumers in the electricity bills. 

Most of the times, the electricity meters are not working and the department is raising heavy energy bills, stated to be raised on averaging methods, which is unrealistic.

Government needs to fix up responsibilities and take strict actions against the responsible thereby check the misuse of the electricity.
