Raise your voice against bsnl or nothing will improve

Wow, once again BSNL the backbone of Indian digital realm has been plaguing the people, especially its subscribers.

Let's talk about the speed and quality of the broadband internet first. As we know, broadband is any type of high-speed internet access — whether ADSL, cable or mobile — that's faster than a dial-up connection and is always on, but  by the looks of it, broadband in Goa is worse than dial-up connection.

We pay a hefty price for the services which we don't even receive, let alone get the customer support when we need it. Go to the local telephone exchange and complain about the issue, a guy would be sent around and the usual line would be "there's a carbon that's formed over the cable, it's taken care of now". 

From there on it's the same game once again, the real reason behind BSNL taking us for a ride is that the competition is not healthy enough, with the ill-informed people who oppose the mobile towers from being set up due to incorrect or incomplete knowledge of the same. 

BSNL doesn't care for its subscribers why do you then, storm their offices together, just me raising my voice here on this platform won't make a difference, storm the offices of BSNL asking for clarity of the same, your money is just going down the drain.

I'll do what I have to do from my side, I am from Chandor and had  previously written a letter to Herald on one occasion when BSNL were not providing me with the broadband connection two years agao and thanks to Herald, I was duly given the connection soon after the letter was published. I advice all of you to write to Herald to solve problems. 

I'm currently living in London and am having trouble communicating with my family members back in Chandor. I wonder it is only me that has isues with BSNL or are all suffering the same fate. 

Take my advice folks, raise your voices, or nothing will improve, the companies are in business because of us, it's your hard earned money, get your money's worth.
