Margao: After recovering from the COVID-19 infection, the police constable attached to the Colva Police Station, returned to duty on Tuesday. He was welcomed with a shower of flower petals in the presence of Colva Police Inspector, Melson Colaco and the entire police staff.
He was one of the constables who had tested positive on June 1 in connection to Mangor Hill. Members of his family and the doctor, who attended to his family, had also tested positive. This led to the station being sanitised and all its police officials being tested.
