PANJIM: The Goa government on Sunday extended the State-level curfew by another week till August 9 up to 7 am to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
On July 25, the government had extended the curfew till 7 am on August 2 with relaxation allowing schools to conduct examinations.
The relaxations granted to opening of bars and restaurants up to 50 per cent of the seating capacity from 7 am to 11 pm; indoor gyms with 50 per cent capacity, sports complex without spectators and religious places with up to 15 persons will continue.
The order was issued by the district collectors on Sunday.
