PANJIM: Save the Waters of Goa, the revolution and a water festival which was organised jointly by Armando Gonsalves, Vishal Rawley and Sudeep Dalvi along with others on Sunday at the Rue De Qurem creek saw a huge crowd wherein people from across Goa attended.

The main aim behind organising the festival was to enthuse the people to look after and protect Goa’s water ways. As the festival proceeded a lot of people along with flotilla of boats were seen at the Rua de ourem Creek including Sudeep Dalvi and Vishal Rawley.

Speaking to Herald, Armando Gonsalves said, “We are here this morning on Father’s Day and we have been driving a concept of fathering Goa basically by getting it together with diverse thoughts and finding a common path. One of the easiest ways in finding a common path is saving the water ways of Goa and we are here to take this movement across the state.”

“This is the first start by bring all the forces together with Vishal Rawley, Sudeep Dalvi. The Whole idea is that unless it is powered by each and every Goa loving person here this will not as it cannot be driven from the top but it has to come from the ground. Group of individuals trying to entrusts people to say wow that we have such beautiful waterways and why are we allowing it to down the drain,” said Gonsalves.
