PANJIM: After Goa Dairy’s milk, the malai paneer from the State milk cooperative has come under scanner after a complaint from a housewife in Panjim.
On Tuesday, a woman from St Inez, Shobha Laad complained that the paneer neither cooked nor shredded. She said that when she cut the paneer it gave a rubbery feel and then when cooked, the pieces did not even taste like paneer.
