Margao: The motorcycle pilots near the railway station informed Herald that the well-known multi-speciality hospital in the area is discharging hospital waste in the nulla. They claimed that they had complained to the authorities but they didn’t do anything other than cover the nulla.

Herald inspected the nulla behind the Hospital and discovered that there is a 1-foot pipe coming from the direction of the hospital, discharging some kind of white organic waste into the nulla.  The nulla itself was sealed with concrete slabs, however, a small opening along the nulla revealed that wastewater and the white organic matter was flowing from the pipe into the nulla.
