IIT will most likely come up in South Goa: CM

MARGAO: Insisting that the State government will definitely find land for the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Goa campus, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that that is likely to come up in South Goa.

“IIT will come up in Goa, most likely in South Goa itself. The search for suitable land for setting up the premier educational institute is on. Now, I will procure the land, and call you directly for the foundation laying stone function,” Sawant said.
