MAPUSA: Twenty-year-old Sanat Umesh Morajkar, a resident of Ektanagar Housing Board, Mapusa died in an accident reported in the town.

According to Mapusa police, Sanat was proceeding to Mapusa and on reaching Khorlim near Ghatshwar Nagar he lost control over his bike and dashed against a wall. The impact was such that he sustained head injuries.

He was immediately taken to the District Hospital, Mapusa. He succumbed to his injuries while being taken to the Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim.

PSI Ashish Parab is investigating the case.
