PANJIM: Anti-Narcotics Cell officers arrested one Noel Menino D’Souza on charges of alleged drug trafficking.

PANJIM: Anti-Narcotics Cell officers arrested one Noel Menino D’Souza on charges of alleged drug trafficking.
According to information, the 54-year-old was caught in possession of 16 gms of suspected MDMA, worth Rs 80,000 approximately.
The raid was conducted at Calangute during the late Tuesday evening.
