PANJIM: Shiv Sena Goa in-charge MP Sanjay Raut will arrive in Goa on a three-day visit from September 29, to review the party’s preparedness for the 2022 Assembly elections.
He will be accompanied by party’s sampark pramukh Jeevan Kamat. Shiv Sena Goa Chief Jitesh Kamat said that on September 29, Raut will attend an induction programme at Cortalim where some prominent mahilas will join the party.
On the next day, Raut will inaugurate Jan Sampark Karyalayas (offices) at Mandrem and Pernem. Shiv Sena has decided to field Babli Naik in Mandrem and Subhash Kerkar for Pernem Constituency respectively.
Kamat said that the Shiv Sena will contest 25 seats in the ensuing Assembly elections on its own strength.
