Earlier on Thursday, the Principal District and Sessions Court, Panjim on Thursday adjourned the hearing in connection with the ad-interim ex-parte order sought by the owner/management of the starred hotel to Monday, May 10.

The hotelier had filed the suit restraining praying to temporarily restrain respondents from physically interfering in any manner with the work of repairs and restoration at the Dona Paula Beach.

During the hearing, the hotel submitted to the Court that they will not go for construction till Monday considering the pandemic situation. Arguments in the matter will resume on Monday.
