Three Romi Konkani books to be released

PORVORIM: In its ongoing efforts to take Konkani literature in Romi script to greater heights, Dalgado Konknni Akademi (DKA) will release three new books of reputed writers at the Academy’s Conference hall, old Education Department building, Panjim, on December 28 at 4 pm.

PORVORIM: In its ongoing efforts to take Konkani literature in Romi script to greater heights, Dalgado Konknni Akademi (DKA) will release three new books of reputed writers at the Academy’s Conference hall, old Education Department building, Panjim, on December 28 at 4 pm.
Calangute MLA Michael Lobo will release ‘Na-em’, a collection of poems by Guadalupe Dias, ‘Kapaz Jaki’, a novel by Willy Goes and another book of poems ‘Motiam’ by Anil Kamat Shankwalkar.
 in the presence of guest of honour Jess Fernandes, a well-known writer and Sahitya Akademi award winner. DKA President Premanand A Lotlikar will preside over the function.
DKA Secretary Vincy Quadros has appealed to all the members, writers and lovers of Konkani language to attend the function and also take advantage of the discount which will be available on the three new books to be released.
