PANJIM: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane was taken aback on his first surprise visit to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) at Bambolim after being inducted into the Cabinet.
Rane expressed anguish at the state of affairs of the GMC and said corrective measures will be taken.
