I remember my grandparents were always listening to her songs on All India Radio. In fact, I too have been so used to listening to her songs for the last so many years that I know some of the lyrics by heart’.‘Lorna’s songs are evergreen and suited for all times. They will never get outdated. No wedding in Goa is complete without a cover of one of those classic pieces originally sung by our Nightangle’, says Loretta Aguiar from Margao. Goan musician Chris Perry played an important role in turning her into the world-famous singer she is today. Together, they were unstoppable. But all good things come at a price. While she was under contract with Chris Perry, Lorna was not allowed to sing with anyone else.
