Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Goa State Higher Secondary Education Council, Directorate of Higher Education and India’s top Skilling Startups. Sawant stated that the MoU would give a platform to students irrespective of their educational background, a platform to work in the private sector. Sawant also stated that the govt is also focusing on providing IT jobs to girls who dropped out of college. He added that the MoU will reduce the rate of employment in the State.
