In a tragic incident, a major accident took place in the national capital, Delhi wherein a speeding luxury car hit a cab vehicle on Sunday. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported but the cab driver and two more people sustained serious injuries after the collision.
According to police reports, the incident occurred early in the morning when the Jaguar collided with the cab and two other vehicles before finally coming to a stop. An eyewitness described the scene, stating that two cars collided with each other before one of them hit the divider. The Jaguar, occupied by a boy and a girl, suffered minor injuries.
Upon receiving a PCR call about the accident, police teams were dispatched to the scene. However, by the time they arrived, the injured had already been shifted to unknown hospitals. Later, information was received from AIIMS Hospital about the cab driver, Harjeet Singh, and two other passengers who were involved in the accident.
The owner of the Jaguar, who fled the scene following the accident, has been identified, and police teams have been deployed to apprehend the accused. Investigations are ongoing to determine if there were additional injuries resulting from the accident.
