Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri inaugurated HPCL’s New Retail Outlet “HP Panchtattva energy station” at ONGC, Betul, South Goa
The new HPCL retail outlet has been opened near ONGC, Betul village, South Goa during the India Energy Week (IEW). The retail outlet was inaugurated on Feb 7th, 2024.
This is a flagship retail outlet and the first of its kind in Goa having E20, Power 95, CNG and Electric vehicle charging facilities apart from conventional fuels. The outlet also has a Store “Happy Shop”, a quick service restaurant “HappyBites” and an ATM for the convenience of customers, all under one roof.
The outlet has a unique blend of Indian ethos and Goan architecture. To promote the importance of sustainability efforts of HPCL to the customers who visit Goa from all over the world, the outlet has been developed with a theme of “Panchtattvas” viz., Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth that are essential for the sustenance of humankind, in the form of beautiful landscaping with models and hand mudras.
The outlet also has a departmental store with a quick service restaurant that has been developed in Goan architecture with a modern ambience which will provide added convenience for the tourists and local villages.
The outlet also has incorporated multiple sustainable measures viz., green cover that is about 22% area, use of 20% fly ash construction, extensive use of locally available Laterite stones, solar power, rainwater harvesting etc.
The outlet has also been provided with the highest standards of safety and offers best-in-class service.
