Goa’s very own all-rounder Mohit Redkar along with pacer Arjun Tendulkar have been selected for the high-performance camp for emerging cricketers 2023. The All India Men's selection committee of the BCCI recognized their performances in the 2022-23 Ranji season and deemed them worthy of this opportunity. The camp will take place at the NCA Bengaluru from August 17 to September 5.

Mohit Redkar, an off-spinner and right-handed batter, made a remarkable impact in his debut Ranji season. He took 19 wickets, including two five-wicket hauls against Rajasthan and Kerala, and also scored 238 runs in seven matches. In addition, he showcased his skills in the Col. C. K. Nayudu U-25 cricket, scoring 145 runs in three games and taking six wickets.

Arjun Tendulkar, who played for Goa as a professional, also displayed his abilities in the Ranji Trophy. He claimed 12 wickets and scored 223 runs in seven matches. Furthermore, he gained experience by representing the Mumbai Indians in the IPL.

Both Mohit Redkar and Arjun Tendulkar have earned this opportunity through their consistent performances, and the high-performance camp will provide them with valuable training and exposure to further enhance their skills.
