A dispute between two families at Indiranagar, Chimbel led to the loss of life. Linganath Palkar has been taken into custody by the Goa police in connection with the case. He is accused of fatally stabbing Murugan alias Ballu Gaunder, who tragically succumbed to his injuries.
Additionally, Pratiksha Gaunder, Parshuram Gaunder and Hemant Palkar have also been arrested by the police. They are alleged to have verbally abused and threatened the wife of the complainant using offensive language. The accused individuals reportedly assaulted the complainant's minor son, subjecting him to slaps and pelting stones, causing head injuries.
Furthermore, they targeted the complainant's brother-in-law, Murgan Gaunder. In a shocking turn of events, Linganath, one of the accused individuals, allegedly stabbed Murgan Gaunder in the chest. The injuries sustained in this attack proved fatal. Further investigations are on.
