Rs 5300 crores will not be used for any works on Mhadei by Karnataka: Tanavade

BJP Goa President Sadanand Tanavade has refused to agree that the Rs 5300 crore allocated by the Union Govt to Karnataka will be used for any works of River Mhadei. 

When asked by the press if you can trust Karnataka, Tanavade said it is clearly mentioned in the Budget it is for a project in Upper Bhadra district for micro irrigation and for drinking. It is not for Mhadei, he claimed.
