There will be no privatization of water sports

There will be no privatization of water sports in Goa. However Goa Electronics Limited will operate the water sports counters. It was said that there is a need to regulate water sports

Technology will be introduced in water sports ticketing and Rs 50 will be charged over and above the charge of the water sports operators. The daily collection will be credited into the accounts of the water sports operators on the same day. 

It was also alleged that touts were operating in Water Sports and were selling rides for a much higher price.
