Team HeraldTourism Minister Rohan Khaunte has said that the Tourism Act will be passed during the Monsoon assembly session of the Goa Assembly. He said tourism and IT are the backbones of the state. The policy will allow people in the village to do business with regard to tourism and showcase the culinary heritage. The infrastructure will be developed in league with the Central govt through various projects. Water sports and beach shack policy will also be fine-tuned, Khaunte said.
