What will happen to Congress disqualification petition after temporary truce?

Things seemed to have quietened down after Congress was hit by a defection storm on Sunday. On the third day, after the revolt in the Congress, whose eight MLAs were supposed to join the BJP, the Congress MLAs seemed to have settled to legislative business. Earlier on Monday evening, 10 out of 11 MLAs met Mukul Wasnik. Now, what will happen to the disqualification petition filed by Congress before the Speaker remains to be seen, after the temporary truce within the Congress.
