Drugs shifting from Goa... before the monsoons

As the tourist season is drawing to an end the designated carriers of drugs have already started transporting the drugs outside the state and country. As per traders’ information there are almost 50 odd carriers, most of them foreigners of which majority are females. 

The narcotics will be now transported to the metros, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai since most of the synthetic drugs have a particular validity.

At present the drugs are available but after April only organic drugs like Charas will be available. All drugs, including Heroin, Cocaine, MDMA, Ecstasy, LSD, Charas, etc, are all been transported in other parts of the country where they are used as party drugs in the night clubs and during parties in the metros. 

The latest information reveals that all the metros are receiving the narcotics from Goa as this state is become a manufacturing and transit point for most of the drugs. 

The drugs like MDMA, LSD, Meow Meow, Devils Breath, etc, are now manufactured in Goa in laboratories set up at the coastal areas. The drug lords in Goa, with the help of the chemist, reportedly produce the drug which has a very high value in the market. This practice is totally new which gives slip to the law-enforcing agencies in the state. 

The transportation of the drugs starts from April with the quantity of the drug remaining with the traders likely to be sold in metros at a cheaper rate. Goa becomes a major hub for the transportation of the drug. Once the monsoons begin  the party lovers choose for indoor parties and the venues are not available in Goa. Also the crowd normally avoid Goa during the monsoon, so the remaining drugs with the traders is reportedly sent to all other metro cities. 

With the arrest of UK national drugs peddler David Johnson by Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Goa police, it has been revealed that popular party drugs LSD are being smuggled and sold in Goa. 

David Johnson was arrested last week from Anjuna by ANC. During the interrogation, David Johnson confessed that he smuggled crystallised form of LSD and that he processed in Goa and made liquid LSD and sold to local and interstate peddlers.

ANC officials said that the drugs peddlers smuggle crystallized form of LSD in small quantity by hiding it in their bodies which they then process it and make liquid of 50 ml of 1 micro gram crystallized LSD. 

According to sources, drug peddlers have built a network that had been transporting drugs in the metro cities of the country. 

It is also revealed in the course of thorough study of Herald, the synthetic drugs material is being moulded in the form of plates and cups to bring it inside the country, which is later processed and manufactured in large quality of narcotics which is being supplied in the night parties on the Goa’s coast.
