Luizinho, Vijai gel over wedding

Much after all the sparring and ditching, a year ago when Vijai Sardesai refused to form a government with Luizinho Faleiro and the Congress, the TCP Minister back to back, week after week seems to be once again gelling well with the former Chief Minister Luizinho Faleiro. Last week they walked Mungul and the fields together when Vijai brought CM Parrikar to Margao and this week Vijai Sardesai and Luizinho their suits were sharing a table at the wedding of the ex-MLA Farrel Furtado’s son and chatting away through the night in Velim.

Vijai gives marriage advice

Something rare to see is Vijai Sardesai speaking about love and relationships. But while speaking at the same wedding reception of Velim ex-MLA Farrel’s son, Vijai raised the toast and got into a deep conversation with the crowd on how getting married is one thing and keep a marriage together is another. Vijai spoke of annulments and divorces in Goa and how that’s increasing at an alarming rate.

Churchill choses Vailankanni over friend?

Ex-MLA Farrel and Churchill Alemao’s friendship goes a long way and she’s jumped many political parties with him. But in the 2017 polls Farel joined the Goa Forward and sailed the polls with Vijai Sardesai and ditched Churchill to his NCP. In the past when Churchill was PWD Minister he even got her inducted as Sarva Siksha Abhiyan head in Goa. But now with both at different parties, Churchill chose a pilgrimage to Vailankanni and skipped Farrel’s son’s wedding. His son Savio Alemao attended the wedding though and was shocked to see Vijai and Luizinho bonding.

Digambar left alone?

While many MLAs and Ex-MLAs joined the celebration of Ex MLA Farrel’s son, a wedding of many people and glamour, high end cars and LED walls, one man who seemed alone and abandoned by all was former CM Digambar Kamat who stood in his suit and wasn’t welcomed to any table by Benjamin Silva, Vijai Sardesai or even Luizinho Faleiro. Digambar stood all alone for a while and finally pushed off from the venue.
