AGENCIES, VIJAYWADA: Goa's Anura Prabhu Desai exhibited a fine run of form to storm into the Women's singles final of the Yonex-Sunrise All India Badminton Ranking tournament at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. 

Anura put up a stellar performance against Malvika Bansod registering a 21-17, 21-19 win in the quarter-finals followed by another top notch performance to secure a 21-18, 15-21, 21-19 win over Thulasi PC in the semi-finals. 

Anura who is seeded 7 in this tournament has set up a title clash with number 3 seed Aakarshi Kashyap who cruised past top seed Ashmita Chaliha 21-13, 21-7 in the other semi-finals.
