MAPUSA: Bhagwati SC managed to edge past Merces SC by 2-1 margin in the GFA’s Third Division League (Ilhas Zone) match played at St Cruz ground, on Monday.
Bhagwati SC colts went into the breather with a two goals cushion with Suraj Shirodkar and Raj Nandolkar finding the nets.
On crossing ends, Merces SC managed to get back into the match with Saurav Naik scoring.
