PANJIM: Chapora Yuvak Sangh showcased their dominance recording a resounding 4-0 victory over United Boys of Ambaulim in GFA's Second Division match at Nagoa ground, Verna on Tuesday. They have qualified for the First Division.
Sachitanant Satekar broke the deadlock in the 16th minute, unleashing a powerful strike giving Chapora the lead. Sharie Gomes doubled the lead in the 36th minute.
Chapora resorted to a dour defensive strategy post interval and after containing the Ambaulim strikers, they added the third in the 51st minute through Albino Pereira.
In the 71st minute, Chandan Gorekar added the final touch of brilliance for Chapora with a splendid finish.
