BAIDA CHINCHINIM: Chinchinim Veterans edged past GGL Veterans 3-0 and moved in the semi-final of 1st Our Lady of Fatima Sports Club Veterans Cup 2022 organised by Our Lady of Fatima Sports Club, Baida-Chinchinim at Our Lady of Hope Church ground, Chinchinim on Thursday.
In the 1st half Prestly Pereira scored for Chinchinim Veterans in the 13th minute. As the match progressed in the 24th minute Menino Fernandes doubled the lead for Chinchinim veterans. In the second half Prestly Pereira made it 3-0 for Chinchinim Veterans in the 37th minute.
Man-of-the-match was awarded to Martin Dias of Chinchinim Veterans.
